Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag Fritos corn chips
Cooking Instructions
Cook the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until the meat is browned.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the meat and stir in the water, beans, and salsa. Bring it to a simmer.
In a baking dish, layer Fritos on the bottom, then scoop some of the yummy meat mixture over it.
Sprinkle cheese on top and add another layer of Fritos and meat. Finish with more cheese on top!
Pop it in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and gooey.
